USPS

We are a fully authorized United States Postal Service satellite location where you can pack and ship letters and packages at the same rates charged by the Post Office.

We can also process most US passport applications except for ___.

Notary Public Services

We offer the lowest cost Notary Public Service, $4.75 per your signature, serving San Jose, Mountain View, Sunnyvale, Santa Clara and the rest of the Bay Area.

Our notary service is available during ALL business hours and all walk-Ins are welcome.

In order to be eligible for our promotional price of $4.75, you can

• Pay by CASH and do a YELP check-in (Yelp account may be needed)

  OR

• Pay by CASH and present the coupon you receive from signing up for our email list (see below) at checkout

The $4.75 charge is for each signature being notarized. Therefore, if a document has two signatures that require notarization, the total fee would be $9.5. For more information about state mandated fee requirements, refer to Page 32 of CA NOTARY HANDBOOK 2020.

We provide notary services for all kinds of documents and have been serving the community for the last 15 years.

We do loan signings and can also travel to your business, home, coffee shop for a mobile notary.

Apostille

What is Apostille?

• Documents which have been notarized by a notary public, and certain other documents, and then certified with a conformant. Apostille are accepted for legal use in all the nations that have signed the Hague Convention.

How it works?

1. Mail or drop the document to us that you need Apostille done.

2. Let us know if you need normal delivery (3-5 business days), expedited delivery, or next day delivery and we can provide a quote for the respective service.

3. Pick up the document from our office, or we can mail it to your address.

We provide lowest mail box rental in the area. Our mailboxes have an actual address attached to them which is a significant advantage compared to PO Boxes.

We currently charge $15 a month for small box and $20 a month for large box.

Our facility can also receive UPS, Fedex DHL, Golden State Overnight, Amazon, OnTrac and other local carrier’s packages on your behalf, including mail that requires signature confirmation.

We also offer a discount when pre-paying for the whole year.

We can take Passport/Visa Photos for all countries!

We provide U.S. Passport Photos. We can also cater to special size requirements for different countries like Philippines, Canada, Mexico etc. We also provide photos for Europe/Schengen Visa.

Shipping packages abroad can be a time-consuming process – involving paperwork, tariffs and regulations. That’s where our store comes in. We’ll handle the details; we’re your local international shipping experts.

Make sure you have the receiver’s phone number, a commercial invoice if it is a package, in addition to the receiver’s address when shipping a package through DHL.
